RUNNIN’ WITH THE DEVIL
“Deviled Eggs”
6 eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 T. finely chopped onions
3 T. sweet pickle relish
1 T. prepared horseradish
1 T. prepared mustard
paprika for garnish
salt and pepper to taste
Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10-12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and cut lengthwise. Remove yolks from eggs. In a medium bowl; mash yolks and mix together, mayonnaise, onions, sweet pickle, horseradish, & mustard. With a spoon, fill the egg halves with yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika, salt & pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
NOTE: Great anytime, make it easy and prepare the eggs the night before.
