ROAD KILL RICE
(Easy, but a pleaser)
1 (14.5 oz.) can chicken broth
1 cup instant rice
1 (5oz.) tub garlic & herb spreadable cheese
¼ tsp. pepper
Bring chicken broth to a boil, gradually stir in instant rice, cook until rice is tender. Remove from heat; add garlic and herb cheese and pepper, stir until melted, serve hot! Makes 4 servings, you might need to double the recipe.
